Refurbishment and Calibration of ACS (INGUL, GURT, OKA)

Test and control equipment diagnostics for missiles type R-27, R-73; RVV-AE; X-29, X-31, KH-29TE, KH-31

Assessment of capability for repair in the Customer’s territory;

Hardware, unit, assembly and component repair, electrical works;

Training of the Customer’s specialists in test and control equipment maintenance and operation rules; Upgrade of operated system (INGUL, GURT, OKA).

Upgrade of operated system (INGUL, GURT, OKA).  (Ингул , ГУРТ, ОКА)
– modernization of the “GURT”. Modernization of the AKPA6.

 – extension of the assigned service life;
– repair and delivery of the spare parts.

“INGUL-A” system (GURT) Automatic control and diagnostics systems of guided high-precision weapon

The “INGUL-A” system is intended for control and preparation for application of the “air-to-air” and “air-to-surface” missiles, corrected bombs. It has been put on the market since 1977. The system was taken out of production In 1989.

On the basis of the know-how and operation of the system the KB “Luch” as the developer offers to perform the following works:

– extension of the assigned service life;
– reduction of volume of periodic technical servicing due to the on-condition maintenance introduction;
– repair with the usage of modern element base;
– evaluation of the necessary quantity and delivery of spare parts and in-line documentation as well.

OKA-E-1 complex

The OKA-E-1 complex for testing  of aircraft-guided missiles of destruction  is intended for the preparation and maintenance of missiles , monitoring the technical condition of missiles  during storage and repair. The complex provides training and maintenance of missiles type R-27, R-73; RVV-AE; X-29, X-31; KAB-500; KAB-1500

The complex is built by aggregation from unified joint hardware and software of a universal, flexible, tunable backbone-modular structure. This provides ease and simplicity: o changes in the nomenclature of serviced Missiles without any significant costs, mainly due to the removal, introduction and replacement of software; o accounting for the modernization and modification of specific types of serviced Missiles in the process of their operation.

The complex consists of an automated control system (ASK).

ASK provides control of the technical condition of the missiles with the following

probability of “false failure” – 0.03,

probability of “undetected failure” is 0.001

ASK incorporates all the necessary hardware and software for monitoring Missiles, including electrical, pneumatic and nitrogen supply, software-controlled measuring transducers, generators, shapers, signal switches, communication devices with AUSP.

 The result of the control are messages of the type “Defective – Defective” (control object) and a control protocol that includes an assessment of the monitored parameters from the nominal and, if necessary, the maximum permissible and measured parameter values.

The result and the verification protocol with the necessary service data (date, time of verification, ASK number, attributes of the human operator, etc.) are recorded on the printer. missiles control results and the current monitored parameter are displayed on the monitor. Verification safety is ensured by continuous monitoring of emergency-hazardous missiles parameters with automatic shutdown of the power supply of the monitoring object when emergency situations are detected. The complex provides control without stopping the program, with a stop according to the signs established by the human operator and selective execution of individual sections of the program. Self-monitoring of the performance of the ASK is provided.

The effectiveness of self-control – 0.9.
